Liquid Silicone Injection
Liquid silicone technology is a method in which products are produced by injecting silicone polymers in liquid form. It is ideal for the production of high precision and complex shaped products. It has advantages over traditional mold techniques: it requires less material loss and processing time. It allows the production of high-strength, flexible, durable and hygienic products. It is used in the medical, baby products, food, automotive and electronics industries. It is becoming more and more popular to reduce costs and improve quality.
Thermoplastic Injection
This method is accomplished by melting thermoplastic materials and injecting them into injection molds. Injection molds allow the production of parts with the desired shape. This method is suitable for production speed and high volume production.
Two Component Injection
This method is performed by injecting two different materials into the molds at the same time. This method allows combining the different properties of the two materials and is used in the production of complex parts.
